Just upgraded my crawlspace inspection robot with the LiDAR module and it’s absolutely worth it. I can now simply place the robot into the crawlspace and let it scan, map, and measure everything automatically, without having to crawl into tight or unsafe areas myself. The robot moves smoothly in confined spaces, handles dust and uneven ground well, and the LiDAR mapping is surprisingly accurate. It saves a lot of time on site and gives me much better data for reports. This setup has definitely improved both safety and efficiency in my crawlspace inspections.
