Refund policy

At Tobor Technology, we strive for customer satisfaction. Please review our return policy below to ensure a smooth return process.

  1. Product Suitability:

  • All products are sold with the understanding that the purchaser is responsible for determining the suitability of the product for their intended use.

  1. Return Eligibility:

  • Returns are accepted within thirty (30) days from the original date of purchase.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and new condition.

  • Any item that has been modified or damaged by the customer is not eligible for a refund.

  • Custom orders are non-refundable.

  1. Restocking Fee:

  • A twenty percent (20%) restocking fee will apply to all returned items, except for products deemed defective.

  1. Return Procedure:

  • Prior to returning any item, you must contact Tobor Technology to obtain return authorization.

  • Please email Tobor Technology at to initiate the return process and receive instructions.

  • Once the return is authorized, the returned item will undergo a inspection upon receipt.

  • If the product is confirmed to be defective, it will be exchanged.

  1. Shipping Costs:

  • The purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns and warranty claims.

  • Returned items must be shipped in the original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  1. Limitation of Liability:

  • Tobor Technology's liability is limited to the replacement value of the defective product.

  • Tobor Technology will not be liable or responsible for any consequential or incidental damages.

  1. Warranty Period:

  • Unless an extended warranty has been purchased, Tobor Technology products are covered only by the 30-day return policy stated herein.

  1. Tablet Warranty:

  • The warranty for any tablets included with Tobor Technology products is subject to the tablet manufacturer's specific warranty policy and is not covered by Tobor Technology.

  • If the tablet is broken or screen cracked or damaged a $300 charge will be deducted on top of the 20% restocking fee
